A speedy planing scow for bays, rivers and lakes, with 238 sq ft of sail on a 305 lb hull, twice the efficiency of an International 14 dinghy. It planes in 10–12 mph winds and can reach 28–30 mph in a 25 mph wind, five times faster than a displacement boat of equal length.
