Outriggers skip lures far out to each side of a cruiser, away from the propeller slipstream, for sailfish, marlin, dolphin and bonito. This project shows fixed and movable versions: a 16–20 ft bamboo pole with glass-eye pulleys and a clothes-pin release, on a flag-pole socket or a hinged pipe-fitting mount.
