Hello, My name is Mark Lincoln. I am new to these forums. Although I have downloaded and built some of these boats for a few years. I have been having difficulty finding any information on how to build / buy transmissions and shafts for the inboard boats shown here. Has anyone built any of the inboard hydroplanes? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Mark,

Go to Glen-L.com and look under their inboard hardware section. They have it all. That is the best one stop shop for your parts. One other thing you could do is to find an old boat with good hardware and strip it down and retrofit the hardware to your boat. That is much harder but could provide a low cost source for what you need. Re-sell what you don't need. Might even resell some wood if its good. Just my thoughts on this.

lumiecraft Very Happy

visited the site. It was one of the only ones I've come across that has a basic inline transmission.
